Joe and Kristin Weis, the founders of KC Kitties, began photographing adoptable pets in 2014 when they fostered two tiny kittens for the very first time, and their passion for helping homeless animals has grown ever since.

Sage and Hannah got their start in the business fostering homeless pets for a local shelter and have continued to work directly with animals for the past 8 years in various roles including kennel technician, intake, adoptions, shelter management, and operating QAC since 2020.
